Aerwise is a brand of AQ Analytics, an air quality data science company based in the Azores.
At AQ Analytics, we work at the frontier of knowledge, applying latest academic research, cutting-edge data from satellites and ground sensors, and advanced machine learning to better understand air quality and its effects on human health, agriculture, and businesses.
We deliver precise air quality data and air quality intelligence to empower people, industries, and organizations to make informed decisions about their health, the environment, or their day-to-day operations.
Since 2023, AQ Analytics has been developing global, high-resolution air quality models that are continuously updated with the latest data. This sets us apart from academic proof-of-concept projects, which often lack regular updates, and from existing commercial services that lack high-resolution capabilities.
Our two co-founders are long-time environmental advocates who have combined their passion for clean air with their professional experience at institutions such as MIT and UCL, as well as governmental and non-governmental organizations. Together, they have built a global team dedicated to delivering next-generation air quality solutions.
AQ Analytics created Aerwise to reshape how we understand the air we breathe. Aerwise humanizes complex, hard-to-access data, makes it accessible and actionable – driving better outcomes and providing comprehensive insights.
